Preparation method of breathable exterior wall material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a breathable outer wall material. The preparation method is specifically implemented according to the following steps: step 1, prefabricating concrete; step 2, preparing a moisturizing precursor; 3, carrying out solid-liquid reaction to obtain a porous respiratory function layer; 4, self-solidifying to obtain the breathable outer wall material; coating the moisturizing precursor in the plastic period obtained in the step 2 on the precast concrete layer in the incubation period obtained in the step 1, and then coating the porous breathing function layer in the dough period obtained in the step 3 on the moisturizing precursor layer to obtain a mixed material; and carrying out self-coagulation molding on the mixed material in a mixed solution of methyl methacrylate and a retarder to obtain the breathable exterior wall material. According to the preparation method, green plants do not need to be introduced, and the functions of absorbing carbon dioxide and slowly releasing oxygen can be achieved.
