Rolling and curing type water-resistant foamed asphalt concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to rolling and curing type water-resistant foamed asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. The foam asphalt is prepared from the following components: foam asphalt, aggregate, cement, lime, fibers, rubber powder, unsaturated polyester, a silane coupling agent, an initiator microcapsule and an accelerant microcapsule. On the premise that the advantages of workability, environment friendliness and application performance of the foamed asphalt concrete are reserved, the rolling and curing of the foamed asphalt concrete are realized by adopting a microcapsule technology. In other words, the foamed asphalt concrete cannot be subjected to chemical curing reaction in the storage, transportation and paving processes; in the forming process, through rolling of road building equipment and mutual extrusion of stone materials, the curing agent microcapsules and the accelerant microcapsules are broken, and the unsaturated polyester in the mixture is subjected to a curing reaction with the curing agent and the accelerant.
