Preparation method of CXA-96 aluminum oxide ceramic shaft sleeve
The present invention provides a CXA-96 alumina ceramic shaft sleeve preparation method, which comprises: mixing alumina powder, an auxiliary material, water and an additive, and grinding to obtain a slurry with a high specific surface area, the auxiliary material being a mixture of brucite powder, zircon sand powder and limestone powder, the addition amount of the auxiliary material being 4-6% of the alumina powder, the addition amount of the water being 1-3% of the alumina powder, and the addition amount of the additive being 1-3% of the alumina powder; the additive comprises a dispersing agent, a granulating agent and a forming release agent, and the addition amount of the additive is 9%-13% of the total mass of the powder; carrying out drying and granulation on the mixed and ground slurry, and carrying out pretreatment; pressing the treated granulated powder into a shaft sleeve green body in a special mold, and then sintering in a high-temperature furnace; and machining the sintered shaft sleeve to obtain an aluminum oxide ceramic shaft sleeve product with a certain size. The prepared aluminum oxide ceramic shaft sleeve is excellent in mechanical property, simple in technological process, environmentally friendly and suitable for industrial production and popularization.
本发明提供一种CXA‑96氧化铝陶瓷轴套的制备方法,包括步骤:将氧化铝粉、辅料、水、添加剂混合后研磨得到高比表的浆料,所述辅料为水镁石粉、锆英砂粉、石灰石粉的混合物,辅料的添加量为氧化铝粉的4‑6%,所述添加剂包括分散剂、造粒剂和成型脱模剂,添加剂的添加量为粉体总质量的9%‑13%;对混合研磨后的浆料进行干燥和造粒,并进行预处理;将处理后的造粒粉体在特制的模具中压制成轴套生坯,然后在高温炉中烧结;将烧结后的轴套进行机械加工得到具有一定尺寸的氧化铝陶瓷轴套产品。本发明制得的氧化铝陶瓷轴套力学性能优良,工艺过程简单、环保,适合工业化生产推广。
