The invention provides a thermistor temperature measurement and cutting function integrated ceramic cutter and a preparation method thereof. The thermistor temperature measurement and cutting function integrated ceramic cutter comprises a thermosensitive layer and a ceramic matrix layer, the thermosensitive layer is formed by sintering a temperature measuring material and an additive; the ceramic matrix layer is formed by sintering a matrix material, a binder and a reinforcing phase. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing each layer of material into powder, sequentially filling and paving each layer of material powder layer by layer, compacting, and finally carrying out spark plasma sintering (SPS). The invention further discloses application of the cutter. By selecting the temperature sensitive material and designing the cutter structure, the Vickers hardness, the bending strength and the fracture toughness of the obtained ceramic cutter all meet the requirements for the performance of the cutter in industrial production, and the cutting function of the ceramic cutter and real-time measurement of the cutting temperature in the cutting process are achieved.
