Carbon filler for blast furnace bottom and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a carbon filler for the bottom of a blast furnace and a preparation method of the carbon filler. The carbon filler comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 17-25% of electrode graphite particles, 50-55% of crystalline flake graphite, 20-26% of electrode graphite powder, 3-5% of flexible graphite and 0.3-1% of an accelerant; the component B comprises thermoplastic phenolic resin and ethanol in a mass ratio of (4-6): (1-2); and the addition amount of the component B is 19-22% of the weight of the component A. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing crystalline flake graphite and flexible graphite in advance, grinding and stirring with part of the component B, then adding electrode graphite particles, electrode graphite powder and an accelerant, uniformly mixing and stirring, and finally adding the residual component B and uniformly mixing. The obtained carbon filler has good construction performance, heat conduction performance and construction surface quality, the bonding performance of the material and a filling part is improved, and a furnace lining is effectively protected.
本发明公开了一种用于高炉炉底的碳素填料及其制备方法。该碳素填料包括A组分和B组分;其中:A组分中,按质量百分比计,包括:电极石墨颗粒17~25%,鳞片石墨50~55%,电极石墨粉20~26%,柔性石墨3~5%,促进剂0.3~1%;B组分中,包括热塑性酚醛树脂和乙醇,质量比为(4~6):(1~2);B组分的加入量为A组分重量的19~22%。通过预先将鳞片石墨和柔性石墨混合均匀,再与部分B组分混碾搅拌,然后加入电极石墨颗粒、电极石墨粉和促进剂混合搅拌均匀,最后加入剩余B组分混合均匀制备得到。本发明所得碳素填料具有良好的施工性能、导热性能和施工表面质量,增加了材料与填充部位的结合性能,有效保护炉衬。
