The invention provides an ultrathin wearing layer which can be used for an ultrathin condition (2cm and below) and can play a drainage role, so that the thickness of a water film can be reduced to 1mm within 30min under the conditions that water is not accumulated on a pavement in a short time, the precipitation is 30mm (in 24h) and the flatness of a 3m ruler method is not more than 5mm, and the ultrathin wearing layer has good drainage, sound absorption and noise reduction effects. The wearing layer is very thin, so that the pavement elevation does not need to be adjusted, and the wearing layer can directly cover the original road surface and can be used as a drainage pavement.
