Method for erecting large-span fabricated steel bridge
The invention provides a method for erecting a large-span fabricated steel bridge. The method comprises the following steps: 1, assembling a guide beam, erecting a winch opposite to the shore, pulling the front end of the guide beam by a steel wire rope, and partially pushing out the guide beam; 2, splicing a main beam behind the guide beams, mounting connectors at the lower part of the main beam, connecting steel pull rods below the connectors on two sides, connecting a support frame below the connector in the middle, retracting the support frame and the steel pull rods, fixing the support frame and the steel pull rods in parallel with the main beam, and pushing out all the guide beams; 3, splicing a tail beam at the tail of the main beam, and pushing and pulling the front end of a guide beam to an opposite bank; 4, releasing the horizontal fixation of the support frame and the steel pull rod; 5, the supporting frame and the steel pull rod system slowly rotate; 6, when the supporting frame falls to be perpendicular to the main beam, the connector is locked; 7, finely adjusting the length of the steel pull rod, and tensioning the steel pull rod to the designed tension force; and 8, the main beam is seated on the support, the auxiliary parts are gradually dismantled, and the transverse connecting beam, the remaining cross beam and the bridge deck slab are installed. The device is simple and light in structure, easy to assemble and high in stability in a cantilever state.
本发明提供一种大跨径装配式钢桥的架设方法。其方法步骤为:1,拼装导梁,对岸架设卷扬机,钢丝绳牵引导梁前端,将导梁部分推出;2,导梁后拼接主梁,同时根据设计,在主梁下部安装连接器,两边连接器下接钢拉杆,中间连接器下接支撑架,将支撑架、钢拉杆收起与主梁平行固定,将导梁全部推出;3,主梁尾部拼接尾梁,导梁前端推拉至对岸;4,解除支撑架、钢拉杆的水平固定;5,支撑架、钢拉杆系统缓慢转体,6,支撑架下落至与主梁垂直时,连接器锁死;7,微调钢拉杆长度,将钢拉杆张紧至设计张紧力;8,主梁落座支座上,逐步拆除辅助部件,安装横向连系梁、剩余横梁及桥面板。本发明结构简单、轻巧、容易组装,悬臂状态下的稳定性较高。
