The invention discloses an anti-freezing heating composite layer for a water stop structure of a concrete faced rockfill dam in a cold region and a configuration method thereof. In order to solve the problems that most of deicing measures adopted at present are passive protection, and a quantitative-level anti-freezing related structure and a related system budgeting method are lacked. The anti-freezing heating composite layer comprises an anti-crack high-strength mortar layer, an electric heating film and a heat preservation and insulation board, the anti-crack high-strength mortar layer, the electric heating film and the heat preservation and insulation board are sequentially attached to form an integrated structure from top to bottom, and the bottom face of the heat preservation and insulation board is a first attaching face matched with a water stop structure. According to the anti-freezing configuration method, the coverage area and the thickness of the anti-freezing heating composite layer are determined according to the exposed area and the thickness of the water stop structure, and the matching process of the total heat of the anti-freezing heating composite layer and the water stop structure is calculated through the staged calculation process.
一种用于寒区面板坝止水结构的抗冻发热复合层及其配置方法。为解决目前采用的除冰措施大多是被动防护,缺少定量级别的抗冻相关结构以及相关系统预算方法。本发明中的抗冻发热复合层包括抗裂高强砂浆层、电热膜和保温隔热板,抗裂高强砂浆层、电热膜和保温隔热板从上至下依次贴合为一体结构,保温隔热板的底面为配合止水结构的第一贴合面。所述抗冻配置方法为依据止水结构的外露面积以及厚度确定抗冻发热复合层的覆盖面积以及厚度,通过分阶段计算过程计算得出抗冻发热复合层的总热量与止水结构的匹配过程。
