The invention discloses a drainage flow speed control system of a foundation pit support structure and a drainage method of the drainage flow speed control system, and the drainage flow speed control system comprises at least one drainage pipe which is close to a bottom plate of a building in a pit, is inserted into a gap between the foundation pit support structure and the building in the pit, and is positioned on the foundation pit support structure; the drainage tube comprises a flow speed control tube section and linear conversion tube sections communicated with the two ends of the flow speed control tube section, the flow speed control tube section is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of sleeves in a sleeved mode, and the plurality of sections of sleeves comprise a plurality of sections of b-shaped sleeves and a plurality of sections of d-shaped sleeves which are connected in a sleeved mode. The adjacent b-shaped casing pipes and d-shaped casing pipes are alternately distributed in a positive and negative inclination angle mode and are communicated, the flow velocity is a first flow velocity when the drainage pipes are inserted into the foundation pit support structure in the forward direction, the flow velocity is a second flow velocity when the drainage pipes are inserted into the foundation pit support structure in the reverse direction, and the second flow velocity is smaller than the first flow velocity.
