The invention discloses an underground space structure construction method which comprises the steps that S1, earth excavation is conducted, specifically, excavation of a foundation pit is divided into a two-layer structure, and first-layer supporting and earth excavation are completed; s2, earth excavation and structure construction of a second layer are carried out, and the earth excavation and the structure construction are alternately carried out in the second layer construction; s3, middle supporting column construction; s4, side wall construction; s5, after construction of the side walls and the middle supporting columns is completed, construction of transverse beam plates is conducted; s6, after a box structure is constructed in the second-level underground space, structural construction of the upper underground space, namely the first-level underground space, is conducted synchronously; s7, concrete at the top of the side wall is chiseled away, steel bars are reserved and exposed after chiseling away, the steel bars are in lap joint with the steel bars of the first-level structure, and then concrete is poured to form a continuous underground wall body; and S8, the side wall and the underground space bottom plate are connected through chemical steel bar planting or segmental chiseling of bottom wall body concrete, then the side wall and bottom plate steel bars are anchored, and then concrete is poured to form the underground space bottom plate.
