Fabricated underground substation structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated underground transformer substation structure and a construction method thereof. The fabricated underground transformer substation structure comprises a horizontal main support system and a stand column system. The horizontal main support system comprises a horizontal main beam; all the horizontal main beams serve as horizontal inner supports in the foundation pit excavation process; the stand column system comprises first frame columns with stand column piles arranged at the lower ends in the frame structure. Each first frame column comprises a steel pipe outer wall which is fixedly connected with the corresponding horizontal main beam; each group of horizontal main beams are connected with the foundation pit support structure through the horizontal ring beams on the corresponding layer; an overlapped lining wall is arranged between every two layers of horizontal ring beams and close to the foundation pit support structure. During construction, the foundation pit support structure and the stand column system are firstly constructed, then the horizontal main beam and the overlapped lining wall are arranged, after the bottom plate is poured, the remaining frame columns, the remaining steel secondary beams and the remaining stairs are constructed from bottom to top, each layer of structural plate is poured, and finally the overground structure is constructed. According to the method, envelope working conditions in the design stage can be reduced, the construction period is shortened, and engineering investment is reduced.
本发明公开了装配式地下变电站结构及其施工方法,包括水平主撑系统和立柱系统;水平主撑系统包括水平主梁;所有水平主梁均作为基坑开挖过程的水平内支撑;立柱系统包括框架结构中所有下端设有立柱桩的第一框架柱;第一框架柱均包括钢管外壁,与相应的水平主梁固定连接;每一组水平主梁均通过相应层的水平环梁与基坑围护结构连接;每两层水平环梁之间,靠近基坑围护结构的位置均设有叠合式内衬墙。施工时,先施工基坑围护结构、立柱系统,然后设置水平主梁并设置叠合式内衬墙,在浇筑底板后,从下向上施工剩余的框架柱、钢次梁、楼梯,并浇每一层结构板,最后施工地上结构。本发明不但能减少设计阶段的包络工况,还缩减施工周期,减少工程投资。
