Bidirectional continuous leveling device and method for differential heaving deformation of stand column
The invention relates to a two-way continuous leveling device and method for stand column differential heaving deformation. The two-way continuous leveling device comprises a connecting box, a column end device and a remote monitoring module. A steel bar connector is arranged outside the connecting box and is in through connection with steel bars of the horizontal supporting beam; a cylindrical bin is arranged in the connecting box, an internet-of-things signal transmission module is arranged on the upper portion of the cylindrical bin, ultrasonic level gauges are arranged in the middle of the cylindrical bin, a screw screwing controller is arranged at the bottom of the cylindrical bin, and the ultrasonic level gauges are connected through ultrasonic level gauge communicating pipes. A screw rotating motor and a screw assembly are arranged at the bottom of the connecting box; the column end device comprises a jack, a limiting plug, a screw stroke hole and a screw redundant hole, a lubricating interface layer is arranged between the limiting plug and the screw stroke hole, and a pressure sensor is arranged on a screw rotating motor; and the Internet of Things signal transmission module remotely monitors the level height of each connecting box and transmits the level height to the remote monitoring module to control the jacking of the jack and the screwing of the screw rod so as to realize the continuous regulation and control of the rising and sinking of the upright post.
