The invention provides a detection system, a detection method, an excavator and a computer readable storage medium. The detection system comprises a scanning device used for scanning and identifying a vehicle number bar code of the excavator, obtaining identity information of the excavator and sending the identity information to a detection data analysis module; the acceleration sensor is arranged on a working device of the excavator and is used for outputting an acceleration value to the detection data analysis module under the condition that the working device executes actions; the controller is used for controlling the working device to execute actions according to the handle stroke signal and transmitting the handle stroke signal to the detection data analysis module; and the detection data analysis module is used for storing the identity information, determining the excavator being detected at present according to the identity information, determining corresponding time information according to the handle stroke signal and the acceleration value, and obtaining a detection result of the excavator according to the time information. The accuracy and efficiency of excavator detection can be improved.
