Water vapor in the atmospheric environment is enriched through the adsorbent packed bed, the solar heat collection unit absorbs solar energy and drives the desorption process of an adsorption material in the adsorbent packed bed, the desorbed water vapor is condensed into liquid water after being cooled by the outer fin circular tube type condenser, and then the liquid water is collected by the condensate water collector, so that water is extracted from air; the device is portable, compact, simple in structure, small in occupied area and easy to construct on a large scale, high-water-yield air water taking is achieved through solar radiation energy, and external electric energy input is avoided.
