Subway station circular steel pipe concrete column-steel beam joint and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a subway station circular steel pipe concrete column-steel beam joint and a construction method thereof. An existing connection node of a circular steel pipe column and a steel beam is complex in structure and unreasonable in force transmission. The node comprises a horizontal steel beam and a vertical circular steel tube concrete column, wherein the steel beam is I-shaped steel and is vertically connected to the side surface of the circular steel tube concrete column; the outer wall of the circular steel pipe concrete column is connected with leveling channel steel, a notch of the leveling channel steel faces the outer wall of the circular steel pipe concrete column, and the end of the steel beam is connected to the outer side of the leveling channel steel. Force generated between the beam columns can be well transferred, meanwhile, the structure is simplified, beam end bending moment is borne by the high-strength bolts, shearing force is borne by friction force between the end plates and the leveling channel steel, in addition, the bolts can share part of shearing force, force transferring is clear, meanwhile, the overall rigidity of the joint is well guaranteed, and the construction cost is reduced. Only high-strength bolts are used for connecting the steel pipe column and the steel beam on site, so that a large amount of on-site welding is avoided.
本发明涉及一种地铁车站圆钢管混凝土柱‑钢梁节点及其施工方法。现有圆钢管柱与钢梁的连接节点结构复杂、传力不合理。本节点包括水平的钢梁和竖向的圆钢管混凝土柱,钢梁为工字钢并垂直连接到圆钢管混凝土柱的侧面;圆钢管混凝土柱的外壁连接有找平槽钢,找平槽钢的槽口面向圆钢管混凝土柱的外壁,钢梁的端部连接到找平槽钢的外侧。本发明使梁柱间产生的力能更改好的传递,同时简化了结构,梁端弯矩由高强螺栓承担,剪力由端板与找平槽钢间的摩擦力承担,另外螺栓还可以分担部分剪力,传力明确,同时很好的保证了节点的整体刚性,有提高节点承载能力和延性的效果,现场仅用高强螺栓连接钢管柱与钢梁,避免了大量的现场焊接。
