The invention discloses a large-span continuous concrete crack repairing device which comprises a supporting plate, a storage box and a control box on one side of the supporting plate, two round rods are fixedly connected to the other side of the supporting plate and jointly and fixedly connected with a supporting beam, and drilling air exhaust devices are arranged at the two ends of the supporting beam correspondingly. The middle of the supporting beam is rotationally connected with a first grouting device and a second grouting device, the first grouting device and the second grouting device are the same in structure, the first grouting device is driven by a first driving device to rotate, and the second grouting device is driven by a second driving device to rotate. The first grouting device and the second grouting device alternately advance, so that an alternate operation mode is adopted, and the device is suitable for large-span crack repair.
