Flood control scheduling method for flood detention area and storage medium
The invention relates to the technical field of flood control dispatching, in particular to a flood control dispatching method for a flood detention area and a storage medium. Comprising the steps of determining a basin area according to geographic information in a research area; historical rainstorm data of an existing rainfall monitoring station in the research area is collected, and a rainstorm rainfall process is obtained; obtaining a designed flood process and a flood peak flow by using different calculation methods according to the size of the drainage basin area and the rainstorm precipitation process, and estimating the flood flow according to the designed flood process; a flood submerging one-dimensional and two-dimensional coupling hydrodynamic model is established, and free water body exchange between a one-dimensional area and a two-dimensional area is achieved through coupling calculation; according to the optimal scheduling water level of the floodgate, presetting a scheduling method of the floodgate of the flood detention area in the research area; an auxiliary flood discharge channel is additionally arranged in a pump station, and flood discharge is assisted when the flood flow exceeds the flow of the pump station and the capacity of a flood detention area is fully loaded. According to the method, the flood discharge capacity of the whole flood discharge system is maximized.
本发明涉及防洪调度技术领域,具体涉及一种滞洪区防洪调度方法及存储介质。包括根据研究区域内的地理信息确定流域面积;采集研究区域内既有雨量监测站的历史暴雨数据,获得暴雨降水过程;根据流域面积的大小以及暴雨降水过程使用不同计算方法获得设计洪水过程与洪峰流量,并根据设计洪水过程预估洪水流量;建立洪水淹没一、二维耦合水动力模型,通过耦合计算实现一维区域与二维区域之间的自由水体交换;根据分洪闸的最佳调度水位预设研究区域内滞洪区的分洪闸的调度方法;在泵站增加辅助泄洪通道,在洪水流量超过泵站流量且滞洪区容量已满载情况下辅助泄洪。本方法使得整个泄洪系统达到泄洪能力的最大化。
