The invention discloses an assembly type photovoltaic module and a photovoltaic roof, and relates to the field of photovoltaic technology, the assembly type photovoltaic module comprises photovoltaic panels and a connecting assembly, two adjacent photovoltaic panels are connected through the connecting assembly, the connecting assembly comprises an upper pressing plate, a threaded fastener and a lower pressing plate, and the upper pressing plate is connected with the threaded fastener through the upper pressing plate. The upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate abut against the two opposite sides of the photovoltaic panel respectively, the side, close to the lower pressing plate, of the upper pressing plate is provided with an insertion protrusion, and the side, close to the upper pressing plate, of the lower pressing plate is provided with an insertion groove matched with the insertion protrusion. The inserting direction between the inserting bulge and the inserting groove is inclined relative to the surface of the photovoltaic panel; and the threaded fastener is in threaded connection with the lower pressing plate, the axial direction of the threaded fastener is perpendicular to the surface of the photovoltaic panel, and the threaded fastener is used for preventing the insertion bulge from being separated from the insertion groove. According to the connecting assembly, the wind uplift performance of the photovoltaic panel can be improved.
