A self-drainage support system for a solar photovoltaic panel disclosed by the present invention comprises a photovoltaic panel unit and a photovoltaic support, the photovoltaic panel unit comprises a photovoltaic panel, a longitudinal frame and a transverse frame, and the transverse frame comprises a coating connection part connected with the longitudinal frame and a reinforcing part formed at the bottom of the coating connection part. The wrapping connecting parts and the longitudinal frames are spliced to form a frame wrapping the edges of the photovoltaic panels, the photovoltaic supports are provided with bearing edges, the longitudinal frames are borne on the bearing edges in the longitudinal direction of the photovoltaic supports, and waterproof structures for preventing rainwater from infiltrating from gaps between the transverse frames of the adjacent photovoltaic panel units are arranged between the transverse frames of the adjacent photovoltaic panel units. And a self-drainage gap capable of receiving infiltrated rainwater and draining the infiltrated rainwater is also formed between the transverse frames of the adjacent photovoltaic panel units.
