The other positioning pin assembly is locked with a positioning seat in a matched mode, the positioning seat is installed on a supporting plate, and the supporting plate is installed on a vehicle frame. Through matched locking of the positioning pin assembly and the positioning seat, rotation and positioning locking of the seat structure are conveniently achieved, and the requirements for operation convenience and comfort are met; unlocking can be conveniently achieved manually with small operation force, and labor saving and convenience are achieved; while shaking and vibration after locking are reduced, larger manufacturing deviation is allowed.
