Concrete crack self-repairing agent particle as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of concrete crack self-repairing agent particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out activation culture on bacillus pasteurii freeze-dried powder and preparing a spore suspension; expanded perlite is mixed with the spore suspension under the condition that the vacuum degree is-0.06 MPa, and bacterium-loaded perlite is obtained; performing drying; spraying the prepared nutrient solution on the surface of the bacterium-loaded perlite; putting the dried bacterium-loaded perlite into a stirring machine, then pouring the prepared potassium magnesium phosphate cement mixture into the stirring machine, and starting the stirring machine to enable the potassium magnesium phosphate cement mixture to be uniformly wrapped on the surface of the bacterium-loaded perlite to form particles; after wrapping is completed, the particles are placed in a container to be cured and maintained for 1 d, and finally the particles are placed in a 40-DEG C forced air drying oven to be dried to constant weight. The expanded perlite is used as a carrier for immobilizing bacillus pasteurii to prepare self-repairing agent particles, and the problems that a self-repairing agent is poor in mechanical property, poor in compatibility with a concrete matrix, high in cost and the like can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土裂缝自修复剂颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将巴氏芽孢杆菌冻干粉进行活化培养并制备芽孢悬浊液;将膨胀珍珠岩在真空度为‑0.06MPa的条件下与芽孢悬浊液混合,获得载菌珍珠岩;烘干;将配置好的营养物质溶液喷洒在载菌珍珠岩表面;烘干后的载菌珍珠岩放入搅拌机内,然后将配制好的磷酸钾镁水泥拌合物倒入搅拌机内,开启搅拌机,使磷酸钾镁水泥拌合物均匀包裹在载菌珍珠岩表面,形成颗粒;包裹完毕后,将颗粒置于容器内固化养护1d,最后放入40℃鼓风干燥箱内,烘干至恒重。本发明以膨胀珍珠岩为载体固载巴氏芽孢杆菌制备自修复剂颗粒,可以有效解决自修复剂力学性能差、与混凝土基体兼容性差及费用高等问题。
