The concrete shrinkage deformation compensation material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10 to 35 percent of low-heat micro-expansive cement clinker, 15 to 40 percent of magnesium oxide, 20 to 35 percent of semi-hydrated gypsum, 5 to 15 percent of anhydrite, 10 to 30 percent of tuff powder, 4 to 15 percent of nano silicon dioxide, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of modified calcium lignosulphonate and 1 to 4 percent of basalt fiber. The modified calcium lignosulphonate is prepared by concentrating and drying sulphurous acid pulping waste liquid, and the content of reducing sugar is 6-14%; the concrete shrinkage deformation compensation material is applied to subway mass concrete, can realize all-time temperature shrinkage compensation, is excellent in anti-cracking performance and anti-seepage performance, and has remarkable engineering application value.
本发明提出了一种混凝土收缩变形补偿材料、制备方法及应用;所述混凝土收缩变形补偿材料按质量百分比组分包括:低热微膨胀水泥熟料10~35%、氧化镁15~40%、半水石膏20~35%、无水石膏5~15%、凝灰岩粉10~30%、纳米二氧化硅4~15%、改性木质素磺酸钙0.1~0.5%和玄武岩纤维1~4%;所述改性木质素磺酸钙由亚硫酸制浆废液经浓缩、干燥而成,还原性糖含量为6~14%;所述混凝土收缩变形补偿材料应用于地铁大体积混凝土能够实现全时段温度收缩补偿,抗裂性能、防渗性能优异,具有显著的工程应用价值。
