Salt-resistant water-non-dispersible cement paste and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a salt-resistant water-nondispersible cement paste and a preparation method thereof. The salt-tolerant cement paste without being dispersed in water comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 2-8 parts of a salt-tolerant material without being dispersed in water, 0.5-2 parts of a drag reducer, 0.2 part of a defoaming agent and 37-56 parts of slurry preparation water, wherein the salt-tolerant material which does not disperse in water is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts by weight of N, N-dimethylacrylamide, 3 to 6 parts by weight of acrylic acid, 10 to 20 parts by weight of 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 5 to 15 parts by weight of cyclic monomer, 0.1 to 0.4 part by weight of branching agent, 5 to 15 parts by weight of cationic monomer, 0.3 to 3 parts by weight of cross-linking agent and 400 to 500 parts by weight of water. The salt-tolerant water-non-dispersible cement paste has good salt tolerance, the water-non-dispersible performance of the cement paste can be remarkably improved no matter the slurry preparation water is fresh water, seawater or saline water with the NaCl content of 0-18% wt%, and the salt-tolerant water-non-dispersible cement paste has a good water invasion resistance effect and also has excellent rheological properties.
本发明公开了一种耐盐遇水不分散水泥浆及其制备方法。耐盐遇水不分散水泥浆包括以下重量份数的各组分:100重量份的水泥,2~8重量份的耐盐遇水不分散材料,0.5~2重量份的减阻剂,0.2重量份的消泡剂以及37~56重量份的配浆水;其中,耐盐遇水不分散材料包括以下重量份数的各组分:100重量份的N,N‑二甲基丙烯酰胺,3~6重量份的丙烯酸,10~20重量份的2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸,5~15重量份的环状单体,0.1~0.4重量份的支化剂,5~15重量份的阳离子单体,0.3~3重量份的交联剂以及400~500重量份的水。本发明的耐盐遇水不分散水泥浆具有良好的耐盐性,无论配浆水是淡水、海水还是NaCl含量为0~18%wt%的盐水,均能显著提高水泥浆的遇水不分散性能,具有较好的抗水侵效果,同时兼具优良的流变性能。
