Fly ash solidified body and solidification method
The invention discloses a coal ash solidified body which is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 68-91% of coal ash, 4-12% of a curing agent and 5-20% of aggregate, and the total content of the raw materials is 100%. The invention also discloses a fly ash curing method for forming the cured body, which comprises the following steps: mixing the fly ash, the curing agent and the aggregate according to the proportion, stirring, vibrating, tamping and curing to obtain the fly ash cured body with certain strength. According to the method, complicated procedures such as evaporation, high pressure or firing are not needed, the high-strength and pollution-free material can be prepared through simple stirring and vibration, and the method is simple and rapid. The coal ash solidified body disclosed by the invention has relatively high compression resistance and shear strength, and can be used as a building material.
本发明公开了粉煤灰固化体,按照质量百分比由以下原料组分构成:粉煤灰68%~91%,固化剂4%~12%,集料5%~20%,以上各原料含量的总和为100%。本发明还公开了形成上述固化体的粉煤灰固化方法,将粉煤灰、固化剂、集料按上述比例进行混合,通过搅拌振动夯实固化后可转变为具有一定强度的粉煤灰固化体。本发明方法无需蒸发、高压或烧制等复杂工序,通过简单搅拌振动即可制成强度高、无污染的材料,简单快速。本发明粉煤灰固化体具有较高的抗压、抗剪强度,可作为建筑材料。
