Grouting material for reinforcing rubble masonry
The grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 60 to 70 parts of cement, 8 to 12 parts of an expanding agent, 10 to 20 parts of fly ash, 5 to 10 parts of silica fume, 1 to 5 parts of silicate, 1 to 3 parts of a super plasticizer, 2 to 8 parts of waterborne epoxy modified acrylic resin, 0.02 to 0.2 part of a viscosity modifier, 4 to 8 parts of floating beads and 0.3 to 0.8 part of a de-foaming agent. The grouting material provided by the invention has the characteristics of strong bonding force, good anti-permeability, micro-expansion, good fluidity and good long-term durability, is suitable for a rubble masonry reinforcement project, and prolongs the service life of a rubble masonry.
