The invention provides multi-component composite mortar for repairing and reinforcing a concrete member and a preparation method of the multi-component composite mortar. The multi-component composite mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 0.368 part of cement, 0.414 part of fly ash, 0.138 part of mineral powder, 0.08 part of an expanding agent, 0.02 part of rubber powder, 0.454 part of sand, 0.013 part of fiber, 0.03 part of a water reducing agent and 0.3 part of water. Accurately weighing the raw materials, and dissolving the water reducing agent in water; stirring the sand and the rubber powder to obtain a dry material 1; sequentially adding the cement, the fly ash, the mineral powder and the expanding agent into the dry material 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a dry material 2; pouring 80-90% of water in which a water reducing agent is dissolved into the dry material 2, and adding fibers while stirring at a low speed; and adding the rest of the water reducing agent to obtain the mortar mixture. The multi-component composite repairing and reinforcing mortar has high compatibility with an existing concrete member, has excellent mechanical properties and durability, and can powerfully repair and reinforce a damaged concrete matrix. The method is suitable for repairing and reinforcing existing concrete members of historical buildings, cultural relic buildings and damaged buildings.
