Durable tubular pile concrete and tubular pile
The invention provides durable tubular pile concrete and a tubular pile. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120 to 140 parts of cement, 240 to 300 parts of sand, 440 to 500 parts of stone, 1.5 to 2 parts of water reducing agent solution, 0.3 to 0.5 part of fatty alcohol sulfate air entraining agent, 30 to 40 parts of fly ash, 10 to 15 parts of hydrophobic modified molecular sieve and 50 to 90 parts of water. The water reducing agent is formed by polymerizing unsaturated carboxylic acid, unsaturated sodium sulfonate, unsaturated thioether and (methyl) allyl polyoxyethylene ether. Hydroxyl groups on the surface and orifices are eliminated through hydrophobic modification of the molecular sieve, the water content of pores in the molecular sieve is reduced, bubbles which can be compressed and contain embedded free water are provided, expansion pressure and seepage force generated by freezing are relieved, the use amount of an air entraining agent is reduced, and the freezing resistance is improved in cooperation with the air entraining agent. The water reducing agent has an early strength effect, reaches or exceeds the freezing critical strength of the concrete as soon as possible, and improves the freezing resistance.
