The preparation method comprises the following steps: determining the raw material ratio of the gel material to the aggregate, wherein the gel-sand ratio of the gel material is 1: 4; the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the ratio, and respectively grinding until the specific surface area meets the requirement; preparing a gel material, uniformly mixing the raw materials of the gel material with water, and adjusting the moisture until the slurry concentration reaches 70-80%; and mixing the prepared gel material and aggregate with water according to a mass ratio of 1: 4, and adjusting the water concentration to 70-80% to obtain the cementing filler.
