High-strength mullite self-flowing castable and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength mullite self-flowing castable and a preparation method thereof. The self-flowing castable is composed of 30-32% of a 3-5mm alumina-based mullite homogenized material, 14-15% of a 1-3mm alumina-based mullite homogenized material, 18-19% of 0-1mm andalusite, 5-7% of active alumina micro powder, 10-14% of ceramsite powder, 10-12% of high-purity active mullite micro powder, 4% of aluminate cement and 4% of silica fume, and a dispersant accounting for 0.15% of the total mass of the raw materials is added. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly premixing various raw materials and a dispersant, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed slurry; the mixed slurry is put into a triple mold to be subjected to self-flow casting molding, then natural hardening, demolding, curing, drying and firing are sequentially conducted, and the high-strength mullite self-flow castable is obtained. A series of high-strength mullite self-flowing castable with good flowability and good use performance is prepared by regulating and controlling the grain composition, the grain shape, the dispersing agent and the micro powder.
本发明公开了一种高强度莫来石质自流浇注料及其制备方法。该自流浇注料由3‑5mm矾土基莫来石均质料30~32%、1‑3mm矾土基莫来石均质料14~15%、0‑1mm红柱石18~19%、活性氧化铝微粉5~7%、宝珠砂粉10~14%、高纯相活性莫来石微粉10~12%、铝酸盐水泥4%和硅灰4%组成,另外加入占各种原料总质量0.15%的分散剂。将各种原料和分散剂预混匀,加水进行搅匀,得到混合料浆;混合料浆投入三联模中自流浇注成型,然后依次进行自然硬化、脱模、养护、干燥、烧制,得到高强度莫来石质自流浇注料。本发明通过调控颗粒级配、颗粒形状、分散剂以及微粉,制备得到了系列流动性好、使用性能佳的高强度莫来石质自流浇注料。
