The invention relates to a method for controlling upheaval deformation of a red mudstone roadbed surface, which is used for effectively preventing continuous upheaval of a ballastless track caused by deformation of the roadbed surface after a soft rock cutting is excavated, ensuring operation safety and realizing engineering economy and technical rationality to the greatest extent. Comprising the following steps: in an investigation and design stage, acquiring the central excavation depth and rock uniaxial compressive strength data of a roadbed section to be evaluated; the roadbed surface upheaval deformation risk is judged; the method for controlling the upheaval deformation is determined according to the risk of the upheaval deformation of the subgrade surface, and comprises the following steps: (1) adopting a control method for separating the upheaval deformation for a high-risk section of the upheaval deformation of the subgrade surface; (2) carrying out roadbed surface upheaval deformation displacement monitoring on a roadbed surface upheaval deformation risk section in a construction stage, and dividing roadbed surface upheaval deformation grades into I-grade intermediate risks, II-grade intermediate risks and III-grade intermediate risks, a separation upheaval deformation control method, an energy dissipation upheaval deformation control method and a method for adjusting quantity track fasteners and reserved upheaval deformation adjustment measures are adopted respectively.
一种控制红层泥岩路基面隆起变形的方法,以有效防止软岩路堑开挖后路基面变形造成无砟轨道持续上拱,确保运营安全,最大程度实现工程的经济性与技术的合理性。包括如下步骤:在勘察设计阶段,获取待评价路基段的中心挖方深度和岩石单轴抗压强度资料;判断路基面隆起变形风险;根据路基面隆起变形风险,确定隆起变形控制方法:(1)对路基面隆起变形高风险地段,采用隔断隆起变形控制方法;(2)对路基面隆起变形中风险地段,在施工阶段开展路基面隆起变形位移监测,将路基面隆起变形等级分为Ⅰ级中风险、Ⅱ级中风险和Ⅲ级中风险,分别采取采用脱离隆起变形控制方法、采用消能隆起变形控制方法、调整量轨道扣件和预留隆起变形调整措施的方法。
