The invention discloses a concrete turnover device and a curb rapid repairing construction method.The concrete turnover device comprises a moving box used for containing concrete, a discharging opening is formed in one side of the moving box, and a penetrating hole is formed in the bottom of the moving box; the tubular shaft is rotatably arranged in the through hole in a penetrating manner, the upper part of the tubular shaft extends into the moving box and is coaxially connected with an inner cylinder, and the outer wall of the inner cylinder is connected with stirring blades; the wheel disc is coaxially connected to the lower end of the pipe shaft, the outer edge of the wheel disc is rotatably provided with a first driving wheel, the first driving wheel is arranged along an outer tangent line of the wheel disc, and in the moving process of the moving box, the first driving wheel drives the wheel disc to rotate; and the tubular shaft drives the stirring blades on the inner cylinder to stir the concrete in the moving box. The problem that concrete turnover and secondary stirring are inconvenient in the existing kerb repairing process is solved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土周转装置及路缘石快速修补施工方法，包括：用于容置混凝土的移动箱，所述移动箱的一侧形成有卸料口，所述移动箱的底部开设有穿孔；管轴，可转动地穿设于所述穿孔中，所述管轴的上部伸至所述移动箱内且同轴连接有内筒，所述内筒的外壁连接有搅拌叶片；轮盘，同轴连接于所述管轴的下端，所述轮盘的外缘可转动地第一驱动轮，所述第一驱动轮沿所述轮盘的一外切线设置，在所述移动箱移动过程中，所述第一驱动轮带动所述轮盘转动，进而通过所述管轴带动所述内筒上的搅拌叶片搅拌所述移动箱内的混凝土。本发明解决了现有的路缘石修复过程中混凝土周转及二次搅拌不便的问题。
