The invention discloses a construction method of a high-fill ultra-long fragmented assembled steel corrugated pipe culvert. The construction method comprises the following steps: surveying and setting out; excavating a foundation pit; bearing capacity detection; construction of a culvert foundation gravel layer; carrying out secondary bearing capacity detection; carrying out secondary surveying and lofting; mounting the steel corrugated pipe; sealing and anti-corrosion treatment; backfilling a culvert back; converting a working surface; culvert entrance and exit construction. By means of framing construction and installation of the steel corrugated pipe pieces from the middle to the two sides, the overall construction efficiency is improved; the bearing capacity of the foundation pit is ensured to meet the design requirement through multiple times of bearing capacity detection and staking-out survey procedures, and accurate positions and sizes are provided for framing construction of the pipe culvert; by arranging the positioning steel bar piles and the cement bolsters, the corrugated pipes are prevented from shifting in the construction process, and the bearing capacity and stability of the culvert are improved; by means of the reasonable steel corrugated pipe piece splicing process, flat foaming sealing strips are additionally arranged at the joints between the steel corrugated pipe pieces, and bolts and connecting seams are sealed through hot melting asphalt, so that corrosion and water seepage are avoided.
