The intelligent traffic warning board convenient to install and fix comprises a stand column, a cross beam and a warning board body, the warning board body is hung on the cross beam, the warning board body comprises a fixing frame and a warning board body, the fixing frame comprises a protection cover and a locking assembly, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged in the protection cover; the inner side wall of the protective cover is provided with a plurality of inserting bosses and inserting grooves which are used for fixing the warning board, the locking assembly comprises two fixing pressing plates which are arranged in parallel up and down, the fixing pressing plates are provided with locking lantern rings and positioning bolts, the warning board is provided with positioning grooves matched with the inserting bosses, and the locking lantern rings are matched with the positioning bolts. A plurality of insertion pieces corresponding to the insertion grooves are arranged at the lower end of the warning board. By adopting a detachable structure of the fixing frame and the warning board, when the warning board is replaced, the disassembly time is shortened, the risk of high-altitude operation is effectively reduced, and the construction safety is ensured; the fixing frame structure with the protection cover and the locking assembly is suitable for installation of supporting structures of various traffic warning boards, and practicability is high.
