The outer cover can bear the weight of the power system in cooperation with the mounting seat which can play a role in supporting and enhancing the strength; the outer cover, the mounting seat arranged on the outer cover, and the engine assembly, the universal joint coupler, the speed reducer, the oil tank, the storage battery, the rotating shaft and the supporting bearing seat on the outer cover are used as a whole, the mass center of the whole is located on the vertical line where the intersection point of the long shaft and the short shaft of the outer cover is located, and a power system on the outer cover is scientifically and reasonably arranged, so that the whole is more stable; therefore, the whole snow removing roller is miniaturized and light.
