The invention discloses a flood-proof water storage side slope which comprises a cement protection slope which is arranged on the inclined face of the side slope in a pouring mode and used for planting vegetation and preventing rainwater from directly washing the slope face. The diversion channels are uniformly arranged on the cement protection slope and are used for collecting and discharging rainwater on the cement protection slope; the side ditch is arranged at the slope toe and is used for collecting and storing the rainwater discharged from the diversion channel; the hydraulic generator is arranged at a water outlet of the diversion channel and is used for generating electricity by utilizing the rainwater discharged from the diversion channel; and the watering and irrigating device is arranged at the top of the side ditch and is used for pumping the rainwater stored in the side ditch to spray the road surface and irrigate vegetation. Rainwater falling on the cement protection slope is stored through the side ditch, the water wheel generator is arranged to generate electricity through the rainwater, the water sprinkling irrigation device can pump the rainwater stored in the side ditch through electric energy and sprinkle the rainwater to the road surface or irrigate vegetation, rainwater resources are fully utilized, manual maintenance is replaced, and manpower and material resources are saved.
