The invention discloses a jacket launching barge rocker arm shifting device, and belongs to the technical field of offshore oil engineering. The hydraulic jack is used for shifting the rocker arm, and compared with the conventional operation by using a ship crane/gantry crane, the method gets rid of dependence on large hoisting resources, achieves the effects of one-time design and permanent use, improves the utilization rate of the resources, and reduces the engineering cost.
