The invention discloses an h-shaped pile construction method, which relates to the field of civil engineering or geotechnical engineering, and comprises the following steps: normally constructing front-row short piles, reserving a plurality of first cross beam connecting steel bars at the tops of the piles, and enabling the end parts of the plurality of first cross beam connecting steel bars to extend out of the front-row short piles; rear-row pile holes are constructed, a steel retaining wall with holes is arranged on a cross beam section, and a plurality of preformed holes are formed in one side of the steel retaining wall with the holes; a plurality of second cross beam connecting steel bars are arranged in the perforated steel retaining wall and extend out of the preformed holes; placing a reinforcement cage in the rear-row pile holes, connecting a plurality of second cross beams with reinforcements and pile main reinforcements, and pouring pile body concrete; a cross beam foundation pit is excavated, cross beam main reinforcements and cross beam connecting reinforcements are lapped and bound, and then cross beam concrete is poured; and finally backfilling the foundation pit. A single-face perforated steel retaining wall is arranged in a rear pile hole, an embedded steel bar is connected with a rear pile main bar, a cross beam foundation pit is excavated to expose the embedded steel bar and then is effectively connected with a cross beam main bar, concrete is cast in place, and rigid effective connection of a cross beam and a rear pile is achieved.
