The invention provides a self-adaptive torsion-resistant semi-active tuned mass damper. The self-adaptive anti-torsion semi-active tuned mass damper comprises an anti-torsion tuned mass damper unit, a self-adaptive variable frequency unit, a semi-active variable electromagnetic damping unit and a control sensing unit, the control sensing unit is suitable for controlling the self-adaptive variable frequency unit to work and adjusting the electromagnetic damping force of the semi-active variable electromagnetic damping unit to reach the optimal electromagnetic damping force; the self-adaptive variable frequency unit is suitable for adjusting the torsion frequency of the anti-torsion tuned mass damper unit to be consistent with the instantaneous torsion frequency of the structure; the anti-torsion tuned mass damper unit is suitable for driving the semi-active variable electromagnetic damping unit to generate induced current and consumes vibration energy through heating. By adopting the method, the torsion response of the irregular building structure under the action of wind vibration and earthquake can be controlled, the vibration control effect on the structure is good, and the safety and comfort of the irregular building structure can be improved.
