The invention provides a floor heating floor with thermocatalytic purification and heat preservation functions and a preparation method of a thermocatalytic purification layer, and relates to the field of floor heating floors. The floor heating floor comprises a floor body, the thermocatalytic purification layer and a heat preservation layer, and the thermocatalytic purification layer is adhered to one side of the floor body through foam metal through an adhesive; the thermocatalytic purification layer is formed by dipping and coating one side of the foam metal layer with a prepared sol-state MnO2 thermal catalyst, the lower part of the thermocatalytic layer is provided with a thermal insulation layer, the bottom of the thermal insulation layer is made of an aluminum plate, a circulating air channel is formed in the thermal insulation layer, and vent holes are formed in the circulating air channel from bottom to top. Harmful substances such as formaldehyde volatilized by the floor are absorbed through the hot catalyst purification layer to protect human health, and the stability and impact resistance of catalyst particles can be improved by dipping and coating the foam metal layer with a hot catalyst; and carbon dioxide and water generated by catalysis are taken away through the arrangement of the circulating air channels and the air holes in the heat preservation layer, and the good heat preservation effect is achieved.
本发明提供一种具有热催化净化、保温功能的地暖地板及热催化净化层制备方法,涉及地暖地板领域,包括地板本体、热催化净化层、保温层,热催化净化层由泡沫金属通过粘接剂粘附在地板本体一侧,热催化净化层通过制备溶胶态MnO2热催化剂浸渍涂覆在泡沫金属层一侧形成,热催化层下部设置有保温层,保温层底部由铝板制成,保温层内部有流通气道,流通气道自下而上成型有通气孔。本发明通过热催化剂净化层将地板挥发的甲醛等有害物质吸收保护人体健康,通过将热催化剂浸渍涂覆在泡沫金属层上可提高催化剂颗粒的稳定性和抗冲击能力,且通过保温层中流通气道和气孔的设置将催化产生的二氧化碳和水带走,起到很好的保温效果。
