The invention discloses a large-span pipe truss positioning device, and particularly relates to the technical field of steel structure construction, a positioning support frame is mounted on one side of an arc-shaped positioning frame, two positioning support plates are welded between the positioning support frame and the arc-shaped positioning frame, and a vertical synchronous positioning mechanism is mounted at the top end of the arc-shaped positioning frame in an embedded manner; the vertical synchronous positioning mechanism comprises a plurality of supporting columns installed at the top end of the arc-shaped positioning frame in an embedded mode, and a rectangular frame plate is welded to the top end of each supporting column. A vertical synchronous positioning mechanism is adopted, a locking assembly starts a first gear motor to drive a movable screw to rotate forwards in a rectangular frame plate, a transmission motor is started to drive a linkage screw to slide rightwards in a linkage frame plate, a linkage rotating shaft drives sleeving supports to enable a positioning arc plate to rotate, and the two sleeving supports rotate to be close to each other; synchronous locking and positioning of the positions of the two vertical pipe trusses are achieved, and the positioning accuracy of the vertical pipe frames of the large-span pipe trusses is improved.
