The invention relates to an anti-mistaken-touch safety switch, a locking mechanism and a locking system, and belongs to the technical field of aviation machinery, and the anti-mistaken-touch safety switch comprises a rotary locking piece which is used for being in locking fit with a handle to limit the door opening action of the handle or unlocking the locking fit; the handle is provided with a locking groove which is matched with the locking end in a locking mode, and the force application rotating piece is used for driving the locking end to do circular motion relative to the triggering end. The rotating locking piece is driven by the force application rotating piece to rotate between a locking position where the locking end is inserted into the locking groove to form locking fit and an opening position where the locking end is separated from the locking groove to release locking fit. The inner handle disclosed by the invention has the capability of preventing opening by misoperation, and the opening and closing of the anti-accidental-touch safety switch are controlled by rotating the force application rotating piece, so that the opening and closing states are obvious and convenient to identify, and meanwhile, the boundary dimension of the inner handle is not limited.
