Concrete rectangular column with arc chamfers and manufacturing method
The manufacturing method comprises the steps that a right-angle concrete rectangular column with the right-angle corner angle is designed, and the designed diameter of a stirrup in the right-angle concrete rectangular column, the designed diameter of a single corner longitudinal bar and the designed sectional area of the single corner longitudinal bar are determined; the length of the two sides of the section of the right-angle concrete rectangular column is kept consistent with the length of the two sides of the section of the concrete rectangular column with the arc chamfers, and the maximum value of the area, needing to be increased, of a single corner longitudinal bar is calculated by considering the influence of concrete missing at the arc chamfers on the bearing capacity, the axial rigidity and the bending rigidity of the right-angle concrete rectangular column. According to the method, it is guaranteed that the bearing capacity, rigidity and other parameters of the designed concrete rectangular column with the arc chamfer can be kept consistent with those of a concrete rectangular column designed through a conventional method.
本发明公开了一种带圆弧倒角的混凝土矩形柱以及制造方法,包括设计棱角为直角的直角混凝土矩形柱,确定直角混凝土矩形柱中的箍筋设计直径、单根角部纵筋设计直径、单根角部纵筋设计截面面积,所述直角混凝土矩形柱截面的两边边长与带圆弧倒角的混凝土矩形柱截面的两边边长保持一致,分别考虑圆弧倒角处混凝土缺失对直角混凝土矩形柱承载力、轴向刚度以及弯曲刚度的影响,计算单根角部纵筋所需增大的面积的最大值,并根据计算结果制作钢筋笼及模板,浇筑混凝土后完成带圆弧倒角的混凝土矩形柱的制作,本发明保证了设计完成后的带圆弧倒角的混凝土矩形柱的承载能力、刚度等参数均能与常规方法设计的混凝土矩形柱保持一致。
