A pneumatic sound wave liquid atomizer comprises an air inlet connecting pipe, a shell, a flow divider, a deflector, a resonator and a conical spraying pipe which are connected and assembled into a whole through an upper gland, a middle gland and a lower gland. The diverter and the deflector are connected together through the elastic gasket and the nut and are installed in the shell. The air inlet connecting pipe is connected with the shell into a whole through the lower gland; the resonator is connected with the shell through the middle gland; the conical spray pipe is arranged in the resonator and is connected and fixed by the upper gland; and the O-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the conical spray pipe and the resonator. According to the invention, the dispersion degree of liquid drops obtained during spraying is improved, and the average particle size of fog drops is 58.366 microns when the working pressure entering an atomizer is 0.4 MPa through a test on the spray particle size by a fog drop spectrometer; when the working pressure is 0.5 MPa, the average fogdrop particle size is 51.072 microns, and the effective range is larger than 3 m.
