The invention discloses a carbon-carbon composite material continuous dipping device which comprises a base, dipping boxes are symmetrically and fixedly mounted at the top of the base, and rotating shafts are rotatably mounted at the bottoms of the dipping boxes in the vertical direction. According to the device, a movable plate, threaded rods, a lifting assembly and other parts are installed, under the action of mutual meshing of second gears at the upper ends of two threaded sleeves, when a servo motor drives one set of threaded sleeves to rotate, the threaded rods installed in the threaded sleeves in a threaded mode move downwards, and the threaded rods are driven to rotate; and meanwhile, the other set of threaded sleeves rotate in the reverse direction, a threaded rod in the other threaded sleeve moves upwards, the movable plate below the connecting disc moves towards the upper portion of the dipping filter cylinder, and the dipped prefabricated body is conveniently taken out. Therefore, the prefabricated body can be subjected to continuous dipping operation, the next procedure does not need to wait, and the processing efficiency of the whole carbon-carbon composite material production line is improved.
本发明公开了一种碳碳复合材料连续浸渍装置，包括：底座，所述底座的顶部对称固定安装有浸渍箱，且浸渍箱的底部竖直方向转动安装有转轴。本发明安装有活动板、螺纹杆和升降组件等部件的设置，在两个螺纹套上端的第二齿轮相互啮合的作用下，当伺服电机带动一组螺纹套旋转，使螺纹套内部螺纹安装的螺纹杆向下移动，使活动板顶部放置的预制体下移至对应的浸渍箱内部的浸渍滤筒中进行浸渍加工，同时另一组螺纹套反向旋转，另一个螺纹套内部的螺纹杆向上移动，使连接盘下方的活动板向浸渍滤筒的上方移动，方便浸渍后的预制体取出，从而使预制体可进行连续式的浸渍作业，使下一步工序无需进行等待，提高整条碳碳复合材料生产线的加工效率。
