The present disclosure provides an assist device capable of realizing control of a vehicle window in cooperation with a service. The assistance device is provided with: a reception unit that receives information relating to a windowing location corresponding to a predetermined service; a notification unit that notifies the service of approach when the vehicle approaches a predetermined range from the window opening point; and a control unit that performs control to automatically open the window when the vehicle is close to the window opening location.
