The invention discloses a preparation method of a concrete precast slab with a good sound insulation effect, which comprises the following steps: mixing various raw materials, uniformly stirring at a high speed, adjusting the stirring speed, slowly adding a graphene oxide/fullerene composite gel solution, and uniformly stirring; spraying a release agent on the surface of a mold, pouring the mixed raw materials into the prefabricated plate mold, starting a vibration device, vibrating, flattening a blank, and covering with a cover plate; and heating at 42-45 DEG C for 2.5-3 hours, standing at normal temperature for 5-5.5 hours after heating is finished, demolding and discharging. The concrete prefabricated slab with the good sound insulation effect is prepared from Portland cement, water, sodium chloride, recycled concrete particles, graphene oxide/fullerene composite gel liquid, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and fly ash. The recycled concrete particles with different particle size gradients are matched with the graphene oxide/fullerene composite gel liquid, so that the concrete prefabricated slab with a good sound insulation effect is obtained.
