Compact single-phase barium tungstate and strontium tungstate-barium tungstate solid solution ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses compact single-phase barium tungstate and a strontium tungstate-barium tungstate solid solution ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The composition of the barium tungstate and the strontium tungstate-barium tungstate solid solution ceramic material thereof is xSrWO4-(1-x) BaWO4, x is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.8 (wherein x is equal to 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8), and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing corresponding SrCO3 powder, BaCO3 powder and WO3 powder according to a stoichiometric ratio; (2) carrying out ball milling, drying and sieving on the raw materials; (3) calcining at a corresponding temperature, and carrying out secondary ball milling, drying and sieving on powder obtained by calcining; (4) performing dry pressing molding and cold isostatic pressing molding to obtain a biscuit; and (5) dumping and sintering the obtained biscuit. The barium tungstate and the strontium tungstate-barium tungstate solid solution ceramic thereof prepared by the invention are single-phase, relatively good in density and relatively low in heat conductivity.
本发明公开一种致密单相钨酸钡及其钨酸锶‑钨酸钡固溶体陶瓷材料以及制备方法。所述钨酸钡及其钨酸锶‑钨酸钡固溶体陶瓷材料的组成为:xSrWO4‑(1‑x)BaWO4,0≤x≤0.8(其中,x=0、0.2、0.4、0.6和0.8),其制备方法如下:(1)按照化学计量比称取相应的SrCO3、BaCO3和WO3粉体;(2)对原料进行球磨、烘干以及过筛;(3)在相应的温度下进行煅烧,对煅烧得到的粉料进行二次球磨、烘干和过筛;(4)通过干压成型和冷等静压成型得到素坯;(5)将所得素坯进行排胶与烧结。本发明制备所得的钨酸钡及其钨酸锶‑钨酸钡固溶体陶瓷为单一相且致密度较好,且具有较低的热导率。
