Alumina-quartz mixed fabric reinforced ceramic matrix composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an aluminum oxide-quartz mixed fabric reinforced ceramic matrix composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises a reinforcing material and a ceramic matrix, the reinforcing material comprises a core layer fabric and surface layer fabrics arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the core layer fabric; the core layer fabric is an alumina fiber-quartz fiber mixed fabric; the surface fabric is a quartz fiber fabric; and the ceramic matrix is silicon dioxide. According to the aluminum oxide-quartz mixed fabric reinforced ceramic matrix composite material, the aluminum oxide fiber-quartz fiber mixed layer serves as the core layer, the quartz layer serves as the surface layer, the mechanical property of quartz fibers is prevented from being reduced under the high-temperature condition, and meanwhile the problems that the aluminum oxide fibers are poor in ablation resistance and relatively high in density are solved; and the method has a wide application prospect in the field of hypersonic flight vehicle bearing-heat-proof components.
