The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-wear-resistance ZTA ceramic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing zirconium oxide/aluminum oxide mixed powder; preparing zirconium oxide/aluminum oxide slurry, slowly adding zirconium oxide/aluminum oxide powder into a solvent, and stirring to obtain the zirconium oxide/aluminum oxide slurry; drying, crushing and sieving the zirconium oxide/aluminum oxide slurry to obtain zirconium oxide/aluminum oxide composite powder; preparing silica sol, adding the zirconium oxide/aluminum oxide composite powder, a binder and carbon nanofibers into the silica sol, mixing and stirring all the materials, and carrying out ball-milling dispersion for 8 hours to obtain formed slurry for later use; taking part of the formed slurry, adding titanium powder into the part of the formed slurry, and uniformly mixing to obtain slurry I; weaving carbon fibers are arranged in a mold, the first slurry is poured into the mold, and then the remaining formed slurry is poured into the mold; degumming; and sintering. According to the preparation method of the high-wear-resistance ZTA ceramic material, the ZTA ceramic with good toughness, high hardness and good wear resistance can be produced.
本发明涉及一种高耐磨性ZTA陶瓷材料制备方法,包括如下步骤:准备氧化锆/氧化铝混合粉体;制备氧化锆/氧化铝浆料,将氧化锆/氧化铝粉末缓慢加入到溶剂中,搅拌,得到氧化锆/氧化铝浆料;将氧化锆/氧化铝浆料烘干,破碎过筛,得到氧化锆/氧化铝复合粉体;制备硅溶胶,向硅溶胶内加入氧化锆/氧化铝复合粉体、粘结剂,投入纳米碳纤维,将所有物料混合搅拌、球磨分散8h后得到成型浆料备用;取部分成型浆料,向该部分成型浆料内加入钛粉并混合均匀,得到浆料一;向模具内设置机织碳纤维,将浆料一倒入模具中,随后将剩余的成型浆料倒入模具中;脱胶;烧结。本发明的高耐磨性ZTA陶瓷材料制备方法能够生产韧性好、硬度高及耐磨性好的ZTA陶瓷。
