Preparation method of carbon-ceramic composite material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a carbon-ceramic composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a C/C preform; step 2, carrying out high-temperature pretreatment on the C/C prefabricated body; 3, preparing a carbon ceramic precursor A by adopting a chemical vapor infiltration method; step 4, carrying out graphitization treatment on the prepared carbon ceramic precursor A; 5, preparing a carbon-ceramic precursor B by adopting a dipping and carbonization densification treatment process; step 6, carrying out melt siliconizing treatment on the obtained carbon ceramic precursor B; and 7, performing high-temperature treatment on the obtained carbon-ceramic composite material to remove residual silicon. The carbon-ceramic brake disc made of the carbon-ceramic composite material produced by the preparation method is uniform in organization structure and stable in brake performance, and the friction and wear performance of the carbon-ceramic brake disc is further improved.
